TheMonotorte confectionery pack contains BAM white (500 g), milk (500 g), dark (500 g) chocolate, BAM cocoa powder (500 g), BAM hazelnut spread (200 g), BAM chocolate-hazelnut spread (200 g), BAM white coconut spread (200 g), which will also take BAM vanilla paste (50 ml) for your big confectionery counter . Monoportion cakes are confectionery where creativity and imagination know no bounds. It''s all about playing with shapes, flavours and, last but not least, preparation techniques. Monoportion cakes can quickly conjure up a basket full of pears, apples or strawberries, and the delight of friends. Who says a cake has to be round? Sandi Planinšek can prepare fruit-shaped monoportion cakes and monoportion desserts such as Raffaello and Ferrero Rocher. The products in the package are GLUTEN-FREE.
BAM baking products are for all home bakers and professional pastry chefs who want to add the icing on the cake.
How to store
BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C, nor should the products be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.
