BAM topping Salted caramel (200 g) will impress you with its luxurious taste. It is made from caramelized sugar and salt. The added salt (fleur de sel) further emphasizes the taste of caramel and creates a topping that, with its creamy texture, enriches chocolate ice creams, ice cream with nuts or enriches itself with cold vanilla ice cream. It is suitable for both baking and freezing. The taste of milky rice, pancakes or chocolate brownies will be more full-bodied if you add a topping of salted caramel to it. It also proves to be an excellent topping when preparing cakes or as a filling for cookies and other small cakes. You can pour apple pies with it or simply eat it on a spoon.

Vegetable oil (sunflower), sugar, whey powder (milk), whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, caramelized sugar, fleur de sel (0,4%), low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavourings, colouring: paprika extract, antioxidant: rosemary extract and E304.

May contain gluten, nuts, egg and peanuts.

How to store

Store at temperature between 15-20°C ina dry and dark place. Room temperature shouldnot exceed 25°C. The product shouldnot be exposed to direct sunlight.Avoid refrigerated storage. Mix well before use.
