The Creamy Fillings confectionery set consists of BAM pistachio (200 g) and hazelnut (200 g) spreads. The BAM spreads are accompanied by milk (500 g), white (500 g) and dark (500 g) chocolate drops. The combination of creamy white chocolate and pistachio spread can create a sweet creamy filling that can be combined with the tart taste of fresh raspberries. And milk chocolate with a delicious hazelnut spread creates a creamy filling reminiscent of the taste of Kinder Bueno chocolates. Dark chocolate makes the best chocolate mousse and needs hardly any other ingredients to spice it up. With this confectionery set, you can create versatile creamy fillings that can easily take both the main and side role in your next dessert. The products are GLUTEN-FREE.
BAM baking products are for all home bakers and professional pastry chefs who want to add the icing on the cake to their confectionery.
BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.
