Mix the eggs, sugar, water, vanilla paste and oil, add the flour and baking powder and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Cool the baked sponge cake and break it into as small pieces as possible. Mix the chocolate Philadelphia milka (2 cups) with the crushed sponge cake.

Form into balls and place in the fridge, or in the freezer for a while (approx. 15 - 20 min) to firm up.

Melt the coloured Candy Melts i. Dip each stick first in the icing (half a centimetre), then stick it into the ball. The bead is then dipped into the melted melts and the stick is tapped lightly on the rim of the glass to allow the excess melts to run off.

Immediately sprinkle with sugar pearls or decorate with sugar decorations.
