- Salt: Salt will help to cut some of that sweetness and deepen the flavour profile.

For the glaze:
- 225 g unsalted butter
- 225 g cream cheese
- a pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons BAM vanilla paste
- 660 g powdered sugar
Instructions:
To prepare the glaze:

Place the softened butter and cream cheese in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Beat the butter and cream cheese until homogeneous and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Add the BAM vanilla paste, salt and icing sugar and whisk to combine. After about a minute of mixing, scrape down the bowl with a rubber spatula and whisk for a further 2 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy. Use as needed for the icing of the next cake.
