macarons with bam chocolate-hazelnut spread

Macarons with BAM chocolate-hazelnut spread are a special treat for friends and family. Macarons are a French dessert that can be a great accompaniment to cake decorations, but they also look great on a plate as a stand-alone dish for friends or family to enjoy when they come to visit.

Macarons, because of their complexity, can make perfect preparation impossible for even the most skilled pastry chef or pastry chef. While the ingredients for macarons are common and easily accessible, it is the preparation that can turn them into a confectioner''s nightmare.

BAM Macaron Mix creates a docile dough that can be used to make 20 macarons. The Macaron Mix will take away the fear and trepidation that any pastry chef or confectioner is almost certain to feel before making macaroons.

This time, we''re going to make macaroons and fill them with BAM chocolate-hazelnut spread. The macarons will have a very rich chocolate-hazelnut flavour thanks to the high hazelnut content and the addition of cocoa powder in the spread.

The chocolate-hazelnut flavour can also be replaced by:

Instructions:

for the preparation of macarons:

1
Mix 250 g of BAM macron mix with 45 ml of room temperature water and natural colouring. If no colouring agent is used, mix 250 g of BAM Macro Mix with 50 ml of room temperature water. The mixture and water are then whisked at high temperature for approximately 5 minutes. A water-soluble dye can also be added: if a water-based dye is used, subtract the weight of the dye from the weight of water in the recipe.
2
Stuff the resulting mixture into a piping bag and form macaroons on a macaron baking tray or on baking paper. Shape the macaron halves with about 10 g of the resulting mixture. Leave the prepared macaron halves to rest for 15-20 minutes to allow the crust to form on the surface.
3
Bake the macaron halves in the oven at 150˚C for about 15 to 18 minutes. Remove the baked macarons from the base once they have cooled. Fill the prepared macaroons with the BAM chocolate-hazelnut spread and "glue" the halves together.
