- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sweetener
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 squeeze of vanilla paste
- Jam without added sugar
- Coconut oil spray

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar.

Add the Greek yoghurt and vanilla paste to the mixture, mix and knead into a dough.

Roll out the dough into a cylinder. Cut the roll into 2-3 cm thick pieces. Roll each piece between your hands into a ball.

Spray the airfryer with olive oil spray. Place the doughnut holes in the Airfryer, leaving enough room for each doughnut. Spray them with spray oil. Bake at 175°C for 7-8 minutes, stirring halfway through.
