DUO Coconut White Hot Chocolate (2x220 g) is a creamy, full-flavoured and just the right thickness of hot chocolate to bring warmth to cold autumn and winter days. Your taste buds will be indulged by the tropical taste of coconut, which can be enhanced by adding crunchy wafers or whipped sweet cream. The Coconut Hot Chocolate is packed in a handy package that allows you to prepare seven portions. A measuring spoon is also included for easy dosing. This delicious hot drink goes perfectly with BAM mini sugar fizzies, and you can also choose between the flavour of white hot chocolate with hazelnuts or indulge in the decadent taste of extra dark hot chocolate.

How to store

Hot chocolate should be stored at a temperature between 5 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the product should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage. Store in a tightly closed container.

Sugar, cornstarch, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter(milk), dextrose, coconut flakes, thickener: E412; flavourings, vanillin, salt.

May contain traces of soya, nuts and sulphur dioxide.

Instructions

Heat 125 ml of milk. Gradually add one scoop of BAM hot chocolate (32 g) to the heated milk (125 ml) and stir well.
Heat the mixture to boiling, stirring frequently to prevent lumps forming. Simmer until the desired thickness. For a thicker version, use 100 ml of milk.

BAM tip: You can add mini marshmallow marshmallows, vanilla or hazelnut paste to the hot chocolate and serve.
