Hot chocolates can be the perfect accompaniment to cold evenings. BAM White Hot Chocolate with Coconut (220 g) creates a creamy, full-flavoured but just the right amount of thick hot chocolate to brighten up cold autumn or winter days. White Hot Chocolate with Coconut delights the taste buds with a tropical flavour that can be added to crispy wafers or whipped sweet cream. White Hot Chocolate with Coconut comes in a handy pack and allows you to make seven hot chocolates. A dosing spoon is also hidden in the bag, making it easier to dose and prepare the hot chocolate. It can be served alongside BAM mini sugar fizzies, with the added flavour of white chocolate with hazelnuts or the decadent taste of extra dark hot chocolate.

Ingredients

Sugar, cornstarch, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter(milk), dextrose, coconut flakes, thickener: E412; flavourings, vanillin, salt.

May contain traces of soya, nuts and sulphur dioxide.

How to store

Hot chocolate should be stored at a temperature between 5 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the product should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage. Store in a tightly closed container.

Instructions

Heat 125 ml of milk. Gradually add one scoop of BAM hot chocolate (32 g) to the heated milk (125 ml) and stir well.
Heat the mixture to boiling, stirring frequently to prevent lumps forming. Simmer the drink until the desired thickness. For a thicker version, use 100 ml of milk.

BAM tip: You can add mini marshmallow marshmallows, vanilla or hazelnut paste to the hot chocolate and serve.
