BAM Toffee caramel topping has a luxurious caramel taste that easily enriches the taste of ice cream and other desserts that just call for a caramel. With its thick and smooth structure the toffee caramel is also suitable as a filling for home-made chocolate pralines. Toffee caramel topping differs from BAM Salted caramel topping in taste and structure, as cocoa butter is used in its preparation. The recipe creates an even creamier toffee caramel structure. Topping can also be warmed up a little and used as a topping on ice cream, freshly baked brownies or pancakes. The topping can help recreate the familiar taste of Snickers chocolate bars in different recipes. The product is GLUTEN FREE.

The rich flavor of the Toffee caramel topping is also ideal for recreating the taste of Snickers chocolate bars in different recipes. Topping adds a great caramel flavour to cake fillings, and can easily spice up breakfasts such as cereal, pancakes or fluffy waffles. BAM Toffee Caramel can also be warmed up a little and used as a topping on ice cream, freshly baked brownies or pancakes. Toffee caramel topping differs from our BAM Salted caramel topping in its structure and method of preparation. We also used cocoa butter to make the toffee caramel slightly thicker and even more creamier. Hint: Eat it by the spoonful.

How to store

Store at temperature between 15-20°C ina dry and dark place. Room temperature shouldnot exceed 25°C. The product shouldnot be exposed to direct sunlight.Avoid refrigerated storage. For easier use in desserts heat in microwave oven or bain marie at 50-55°C.
